B2 First and C1 Advanced are certificates of English language proficiency issued by the University of Cambridge, with no expiry date.
The exam format
The format still in use dates from the start of 2015. The exam consists of Reading and Use of English in one section, Listening, Speaking and Writing.

The exam is offered on computer and on paper. Which one you choose is entirely up to you: what matters most is that you feel comfortable during the exam.
Registration with us
We can register you for every certificate exam of the University of Cambridge offered by the British Council in Bulgaria.
How we prepare
A core principle at LES is open communication between teacher and learner, so that the process is as effective as possible for both sides. It matters to us that you reach your goals and leave having learned and satisfied with your results, and that comes through steady feedback with the teacher and with the school’s management.
- We work with small groups of up to 3 people, so we can start courses for this certificate every week, shaped by the goals and results to be reached.
- The length is not fixed: the course covers not only the course book and workbook but also mock exams, so that you get used to the format and the features of each part. Anyone can choose to continue with practice tests for as long as they see fit to reach the result they want.
